Most people think of vegetarians as “non meat eaters”. And they’re half right. The fact is, it doesn’t matter what you don’t eat. It matters what you do eat. Just by cutting out meat, doesn’t make your diet automatically perfect. Not true. You have to eat the veggies and fruits and defy the “junk food” vegetarian! Not a huge veggie fan? With these recipes, you will be!
